You will lead and scale a newly formed sales team focused on roadside technology and call center solutions. Act as a player-coach, spending up to 75% of your time in the field to drive execution, accelerate onboarding, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.

  • Proven track record of developing high-performing teams from scratch
  • Results-oriented leader comfortable in a 'build' environment
  • Ability to travel 50-75%
  • Experience bridging sales processes with automotive/insurance sectors

Responsibilities
