Description
You will lead and scale a newly formed sales team focused on roadside technology and call center solutions. Act as a player-coach, spending up to 75% of your time in the field to drive execution, accelerate onboarding, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
Requirements
- Background in B2B services or technology sales
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams from scratch
- Results-oriented leader comfortable in a 'build' environment
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- Experience bridging sales processes with automotive/insurance sectors
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of a new sales team, establishing workflows
- Execute sales plans to drive revenue growth for roadside assistance solutions
- Monitor KPIs and daily activity metrics to ensure targets are met
- Implement training programs for new hires and continuous skill improvement
