Description

As an Experience Design Intern at Orion Innovation, you will support design and AI-driven innovation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to experiment with emerging technologies and contribute to real client work. You'll gain hands-on experience applying AI across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, CS, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI, design, and emerging technologies
• Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles or software development
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or prototyping tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support Experience Design teams in research, ideation, and prototyping
• Explore and evaluate AI tools to improve design and operational workflows
• Assist in documenting and optimizing processes using AI-driven approaches
• Contribute to rapid prototyping with Figma, low-code, or GenAI tools
• Analyze user journeys for automation and personalization opportunities
