💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline, turning real customer outcomes into credible stories and sales-ready proof assets. You'll partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Account Management to map the customer journey and support onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This role combines strong storytelling instincts with technical curiosity to translate customer workflows into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline from capture to publication
• Translate customer outcomes into sales-ready proof assets and case studies
• Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to support onboarding and expansion
• Capture and communicate measurable customer impact through workflow narratives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing or related field
• Proven ability to produce enterprise-grade customer stories with stakeholder approvals
• Hands-on video capture and editing for customer storytelling
• Cross-functional collaboration with revenue and customer teams
