You'll manage high-value client relationships with elected official offices on Capitol Hill, serving as their advocate and consultant to maximize use of our Fireside and CQ/FN solutions. Your core impact is ensuring high retention rates and driving account growth through up-sell opportunities. This role combines policy knowledge with tech-savvy account management to turn clients into champions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage high-value strategic client relationships to ensure high retention
  • Achieve account growth targets through up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead and manage the renewal process and pricing negotiations
  • Provide accurate monthly forecast reports

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government/technology
  • Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software
  • Proven track record of meeting sales & renewal and retention goals
  • Ability to lead in-person meetings/demos with C-Suite level executives

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working in account management/client success with a SaaS product
  • Proficiency with Salesforce strongly preferred
