You'll manage high-value client relationships with elected official offices on Capitol Hill, serving as their advocate and consultant to maximize use of our Fireside and CQ/FN solutions. Your core impact is ensuring high retention rates and driving account growth through up-sell opportunities. This role combines policy knowledge with tech-savvy account management to turn clients into champions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage high-value strategic client relationships to ensure high retention
- Achieve account growth targets through up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Lead and manage the renewal process and pricing negotiations
- Provide accurate monthly forecast reports
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government/technology
- Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software
- Proven track record of meeting sales & renewal and retention goals
- Ability to lead in-person meetings/demos with C-Suite level executives
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working in account management/client success with a SaaS product
- Proficiency with Salesforce strongly preferred
