🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex labor issues and handle grievances

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or HRBP experience
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Experience working with senior leadership
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law and compliance
