💼 About This Role

You'll guide clients through strategic tool selection and manage end-to-end implementations of integrated people and talent systems. You'll help companies from founding teams to public companies identify the right tools and execute seamless implementations that establish scalable foundations for growth. You'll manage 10-20 implementations per month across a core technology stack including Ashby, Rippling, Lattice, Leapsome, Gusto, Code Signal, Deel, and Notion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 10-20 concurrent implementations with varying timelines and complexity.
• Assess organizational needs and recommend integrated, scale-appropriate solutions.
• Configure complex workflows across ATS, HRIS, and performance management systems.
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation planning, documentation, and troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume project management across multiple clients.
• Expertise in ATS, HRIS, and performance management system implementation (e.g., Ashby, Rippling, Lattice).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for daily workflow acceleration.
• Advanced organization skills with tools like Notion and Asana to manage complex portfolios.
