💼 About This Role

You'll join Spotify's Podcast team, working closely with creators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll act as a trusted partner to help them unlock Spotify's tools and platform for distribution, audience growth, and monetization. This role empowers you to shape programs for scale and efficiency in a dynamic creator landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with podcast and video creators across the DACH region
• Identify, engage, and support high-potential creators to develop a local talent funnel
• Onboard new creators to Spotify for Podcasters and guide best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock value for creators

📋 Requirements

• Fluent speaking proficiency in English and German
• 2+ years of experience in creator economy, podcasting, media, or platform partnerships
• Experience supporting creators in audience growth and monetization
• Experience managing projects or programs in fast-paced digital environments

• Experience organizing live events, workshops, or creator training sessions
• Experience translating data insights into actionable recommendations
