Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and rollout of an internal developer platform, enhancing CI/CD, tooling, and infrastructure as code integrations. You'll spearhead initiatives to boost engineer productivity, mentor a team of SWEs and SREs, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing SWE or SRE teams in cloud native environment
• Platform-as-Product mindset with experience building and scaling internal developer platforms
• Deep experience in CI/CD orchestration, Kubernetes, self-service infrastructure provisioning (IaC)
• Automation first approach transitioning teams from manual to automated workflows
• Experience with Java/Tomcat, containerized services, AWS (EC2, ECS, KMS, Kinesis, RDS)

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and rollout of internal developer platform covering CI/CD, tooling, IaC, and modernization
• Enhance automation for fleet management and build features for infrastructure platform
• Spearhead projects to improve engineer productivity by mitigating bottlenecks in development flow
• Mentor, manage, and lead team of SWEs and SREs
• Triage and troubleshoot complex production issues for reliability and performance
