You'll manage strategic ophthalmology accounts across the Mid-Atlantic region, serving as the key interface between healthcare customers and internal teams. Your core impact will be driving contract education and adoption while translating commercial strategy into actionable account plans. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow strategic ophthalmology accounts across the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Lead customer engagement with C-suite leaders, KOLs, and reimbursement decision-makers.
- Drive contract education, adoption, and pull-through through clear communication.
- Develop and execute integrated account plans with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify expansion opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 10โ12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech commercial roles.
- Strong background in account management, specialty pharmaceuticals, or market access.
- Experience working with large provider organizations, GPOs, or institutional healthcare stakeholders.
- Proven success in launching or supporting specialty products or complex healthcare solutions.
