You'll lead deployment and operations for OpenAI's custom silicon and systems, bringing new hardware platforms from lab validation into production data center environments. You'll own the path through deployment, operational readiness, and sustained fleet support, driving cross-functional execution across silicon, systems, software, and data center teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience in hardware systems, infrastructure, or data center deployment.
• Strong technical depth in hardware deployment, data center operations, or silicon bring-up.
• Experience bringing complex hardware systems from development into production environments.
• Ability to hire, develop, and lead senior technical talent.
