• Complete project creation, resourcing, and budget updates.
• Maintain communication portals like MS Teams and mailbox.
• Investigate incomplete deliverables and escalate discrepancies.
• Support Project Managers through project life cycle.

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in project management or administration.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PM tools.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce and Kantata.
• Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM).
• AI fluency or use of M365 Copilot.
