You'll work on leading-edge packaging technologies to enable AI architectures that set new industry standards. You'll perform mechanical design and structural analysis for emerging packaging technologies. This role offers the chance to impact extreme-scale data centers and high-end compute products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create mechanical models of package stack-up and associated components.
• Perform mechanical design analysis to improve package integrity.
• Execute geometric tolerance analysis and create GD&T drawings.
• Conduct finite element analysis for design and reliability trade-offs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure packaging solutions meet system boundaries.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and FEA
• CAD tools (Solidworks or AutoCAD) for mechanical design
• Expertise in GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Hands-on experience with FEA solvers (ABAQUS or ANSYS)

• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standards
