Description

You will define and drive overarching category strategies for technology and corporate services procurement, creating value for stakeholders, reducing total cost of ownership, and mitigating risk through smart contracting. In this senior role, you'll lead high-value sourcing initiatives, negotiate enterprise-level contracts, and manage key supplier relationships to ensure the company obtains the best value. You'll also mentor and develop Sourcing Specialists, building their skills for effective strategy execution and future leadership growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum seven (7) years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, with a significant portion in indirect procurement
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Prior people management or team leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in conducting rigorous data analysis and financial modeling for procurement
  • Familiarity with e-sourcing and procurement systems (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for analytics
  • Strong understanding of contract law and contract negotiation principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive 1–3 year category strategies for all Technology & Corporate Services spend areas
  • Lead major strategic sourcing initiatives, including preparing and issuing RFP/RFQ packages, evaluating supplier proposals, and conducting final negotiations
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with key suppliers, aiming for best-in-class terms on pricing, service levels, and risk allocation
  • Serve as the primary liaison to business units for all procurement needs in technology and corporate service domains
  • Oversee the company’s relationships with major suppliers in the technology and corporate services categories
  • Ensure all procurement activities in the category comply with company policies and ethical standards
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members supporting the category
