Description

You will provide proactive legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products. You will draft and negotiate key agreements (PBM, payer, GPO, etc.), counsel on patient support programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of attorney experience in law firm or in-house with pharmaceutical focus on market access, pricing, reimbursement, or government price reporting
• Experience drafting and negotiating PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate, and market access agreements
• Knowledge of FDCA, anti-kickback, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in state of primary residence
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical risk-based strategies

Responsibilities

• Advise on government pricing and reporting (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B, VA/FSS)
• Draft and negotiate market access agreements (PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate, value-based contracts)
• Counsel on patient support programs and co-pay assistance with anti-kickback and False Claims Act compliance
• Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams on access strategies
• Stay current on U.S. federal and state laws impacting market access and pricing
