Description
You will support technical analyses for radio frequency interference and satellite spectrum coordination to advance Starlink's licensing and spectrum position. You will model satellite operational topology, simulate scenarios considering regulatory and geographic constraints, and provide strategic recommendations for policy and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related
- Experience in MATLAB, Python, C++ or similar for RF modeling
- 1+ years of RF or antenna domain experience (internship or thesis applicable)
- Ability to work extended hours for mission critical deadlines
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)

- Model Starlink satellite operational topology and hardware
- Simulate scenarios with regulatory and geographic constraints
- Analyze network and user experience impacts from simulation results
