🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive travel bookings across air, hotel, and ground transport
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and company policy
• Balance premium service delivery with operational KPIs like handle time

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, or luxury brands
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics including productivity and CSAT
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style

• Experience supporting C-suite or high-net-worth individuals
• Exposure to out-of-hours or follow-the-sun travel support models
