💼 About This Role

You'll design features for iOS and Mac apps at a mission-driven fintech startup, reporting to the Head of Design. You'll prototype and iterate to turn complex user problems into intuitive solutions. The role offers direct impact and a close-knit team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prototype, design, and iterate on features for iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps
• Collaborate with engineers and customer success to refine designs
• Conduct user research and testing in partnership with customer success
• Contribute to the design system for consistency across platforms

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with mobile and consumer apps
• Deep knowledge of Figma and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail
• Based in New York City

• Experience with native iOS/macOS app design
• Familiarity with financial or data-heavy apps
