💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary relationship lead for Betr's most engaged players, managing a portfolio of VIPs to drive engagement and loyalty. Your core impact is ensuring a premium experience while maintaining profitability and advising on casino updates. You'll report to the VIP Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Retention on the VIP lifecycle and player bonusing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of VIPs
• Oversee bonus execution ensuring reinvestment rate and margins
• Advise product team on game providers and features for VIP experience
• Analyze player activity to align bonuses with theoretical win

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Casino Hosting or VIP Account Management
• Sharp commercial instincts for bonus investment and P&L protection
• High EQ and communication skills for high-pressure situations
• Product savvy with passion for casino games and premium experience
