💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations and associate teams in a micro-fulfillment center, ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery. Your core impact will be coaching and motivating the team to perfect the customer experience for each order. You'll also escalate site issues and execute projects to improve site performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low volume periods.
• Direct all associate activities and quarterback the shift.
• Escalate site issues to leadership and ensure checklist completion.
• Develop and train new associates and oversee facility operations.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or military.
• Availability to work during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years experience in process improvement.
• ServeSafe Certification.
