💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to make a difference while working in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
