💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full spectrum of global HR operations for a fast-growing tech company, serving as a hands-on leader across multiple countries. You'll drive hiring, performance management, and people strategy while working closely with founders. This role offers the chance to build scalable HR systems in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end HR globally including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles
• Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning
• Build and operate performance management and development frameworks
• Manage global payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance across countries

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Strong hands-on background with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries including local entities and remote employees
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EORs and third-party employment structures
• Background in tech or startup environments
• Knowledge of employment law in Southeast Asia and other regions
