You'll join Compass to shape agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution, providing strategic support and project management. Your work will make clients' marketing efforts more efficient and impactful. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to create offerings and strategies that positively affect the agent experience on a 'big picture' scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide white-glove service as expert strategic marketing advisors.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives for agent portfolios.
• Manage custom agent marketing projects including design workflow.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize budget effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of marketing experience at a brand, agency, or real estate brokerage.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and multi-channel planning.
• Skilled project management with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple Office Suite, and Google Suite.

• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brand.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
