You'll lead complex Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Payroll solutions for large public sector clients. You'll shape scalable designs and mentor consulting teams while serving as the trusted client face. This role stands out for its focus on true architecture, not just configuration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end Workday HCM/Time/Payroll solution architecture across clients.
• Lead architecture workshops and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex cross-module solution decisions.
• Review key design artifacts and ensure governance and quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years HRIS experience with 5+ years Workday delivery
• Deep expertise in Core HCM and public sector implementations
• Workday certifications: Core HCM required plus one more
• Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect

✨ Nice to Have

• Implementer Certifications in US Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Learning
• Experience with K-12 or state/local government clients
