You'll serve as the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring exceptional experiences at our Phoenix property. You'll foster a collaborative team environment, maintain safe and compliant operations, and complete night audit tasks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to guest communication via text, email, HubSpot, and Airbnb.
• Audit guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure accuracy.
• Complete nightly queue tasks including maintenance and housekeeping follow-ups.
• Perform thorough shift handovers and escalate urgent issues to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-family.
• Previous experience working overnight hours with independent judgment.
• Ability to learn and use POS, CRM, or customer communication systems.
• Demonstrated ability to complete night audit tasks with urgency.

• Experience with hotel night audit systems and processes.
