• Configure Workday Compensation plans for multiple countries.
• Support annual compensation review cycles end-to-end.
• Build custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Compensation modules.
• Strong proficiency in custom report writing.
• Experience with Workday security configuration.

• Experience with Advanced Compensation module.
• Workday integration experience (EIBs, Core Connectors).
• Cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
