🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Customer Success organisation
  • Deliver against regional retention and expansion targets
  • Refine and execute Customer Success strategy aligned to global vision
  • Own risk identification, mitigation, and forecasting for EMEA CS
  • Monitor customer health and provide reporting to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS Customer Success teams across EMEA
  • Experience leading leaders and partnering with Sales and Product
  • Strong data-driven mindset and commercial judgement
  • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments
