🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the EMEA Customer Success organisation
- Deliver against regional retention and expansion targets
- Refine and execute Customer Success strategy aligned to global vision
- Own risk identification, mitigation, and forecasting for EMEA CS
- Monitor customer health and provide reporting to senior leadership
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS Customer Success teams across EMEA
- Experience leading leaders and partnering with Sales and Product
- Strong data-driven mindset and commercial judgement
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments
