You'll serve as the primary legal advisor for product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payment infrastructures within the U.S. regulatory framework. Your work will directly shape compliance policies and product governance frameworks for innovative financial solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payments legal matters
• Design internal compliance policies and product governance frameworks
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams on KYC, AML, and data privacy
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for teams

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation for money transmission and payments
• Experience advising on product legal and compliance matters in fintech or cryptocurrency
