You'll lead the post-sales lifecycle for Nitro's enterprise customers, ensuring they realize value from digital document solutions. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of business accounts. You'll coordinate with internal teams to drive adoption and mitigate churn.

- Serve as primary post-sales contact for enterprise accounts
- Drive product adoption and cultivate customer partnerships
- Proactively identify health risks and mitigate churn
- Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in B2B account management or customer success
- Commitment to Nitro's mission and values
- Travel up to 10% of the time
