You'll drive sales of Shelf's AI-powered knowledge management solutions, identifying and closing opportunities with enterprise clients. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Your work directly helps companies achieve AI readiness and deploy GenAI at scale.
Requirements
- Proven track record in AI, agentic, or B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers at mid-market/enterprise companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, coachable with continuous learning mindset
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers, develop sales strategies
- Engage with decision-makers, conduct needs analysis, and deliver tailored demos
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell
- Manage sales pipeline, track deals using CRM, and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
