You'll serve as the primary legal advisor for blockchain-driven payment solutions, shaping next-generation financial infrastructure within U.S. regulatory frameworks. Your guidance will enable product and engineering teams to innovate responsibly while complying with evolving money transmission and payments regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payments legal matters
• Provide regulatory guidance on US money transmission and payments laws
• Design and evolve internal compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams on product controls

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation including money transmission
• Experience advising on product legal and compliance in fintech or crypto
