You'll run hyperlocal paid media flights and apply incrementality testing to optimize channel mix.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital/paid performance/growth marketing
• Run paid media at scale across Meta, TikTok, Google
• Built the marketing↔sales bridge with lead scoring
• Multi-market experience across Europe
