You'll research and apply modern AI methods like LLMs, RAG, and embeddings to power agentic chat across the platform, building a foundational AI layer that interacts with data and tools. You'll own the architecture for multi-tenant AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability in a growing B2B SaaS product. This role lets you shape the AI roadmap at a funded startup backed by FirstMark.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and apply AI methods to build new product capabilities
• Design and integrate agentic chat across the platform
• Architect scalable multi-tenant AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with product and engineering on AI roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in software or data engineering with 3+ years building AI/ML products
• Strong Python programming and SQL proficiency
• Experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., HuggingFace, LangChain)
• Experience deploying LLMs in production including RAG and prompt engineering
