You'll coordinate daily patient schedules for pediatric homecare nurses and therapists. You ensure staffing coverage and respond to call-outs in real time. This role is the communication hub between families, staff, and leadership.

• Coordinate daily patient schedules for in-home nursing and therapy services.
• Monitor staffing coverage and proactively address open shifts.
• Respond to call-outs and urgent scheduling changes in real time.
• Support on-call scheduling for after-hours staffing needs.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative or scheduling experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and phone etiquette

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
