You'll design and build scalable microservices that power JioStar's live streaming infrastructure, owning projects end-to-end with high autonomy. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about solving complex backend challenges and mentoring others toward engineering excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, resilient microservices for live streaming infrastructure
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects from design to deployment
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term engineering roadmap
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of backend development experience with production-grade systems
• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang
• Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Mediaservices preferred) and Kafka

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in advertising technologies and optimizing systems for business outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
