💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations of Amplitude's AI analytics platform, working directly in the product codebase. Your core impact is closing the gap between shipped product and customer needs by submitting PRs and building reusable patterns. This role stands out as an engineer-first position that partners with Sales, CS, and Product to turn customer needs into working software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities
• Submit PRs and ship customer-specific solutions in product codebase
• Build reusable implementation patterns and playbooks
• Feed structured product feedback from customer pain points

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience shipping software in customer-facing contexts
• Fluency with data and integrations (event schemas, APIs, SDKs)
