💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional data strategy to bridge research and production ML at a medical imaging AI company. Your work will directly improve AI algorithms for coronary artery disease diagnosis through rigorous data curation and statistical evaluation. This role offers high impact in a publicly traded healthcare innovator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define algorithm and data requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Design and manage large-scale annotation campaigns for AI products.
• Develop data curation strategies and partner with MLOps on data systems.
• Establish frameworks for model performance evaluation and statistical analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Data Science or related degree.
• 7+ years (or 5+ with PhD) in Data Science, ML, Computer Vision, or Image Analysis in industry.
• Proficient in Python including scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, seaborn.
• Experience with data lakes, SQL/NoSQL, AWS Cloud Storage, Tableau.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with VTK, ITK, 3DSlicer, MITK.
• Expertise in deep learning with medical imaging data (CT and vascular).
• Experience integrating generative AI and agentic tools into workflows.
