You'll lead executive and equity compensation program design for MongoDB's global team, ensuring competitive rewards that attract and retain top talent. You'll partner with senior leaders and external advisors to drive pay-for-performance alignment and deliver board-level materials. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze executive compensation programs including base salary, incentives, and equity
• Deliver equity programs end-to-end (RSUs, PSUs) with performance tracking and budget management
• Prepare quarterly Compensation Committee materials and board-level presentations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support proxy disclosures

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of compensation experience with executive and equity programs in a global organization
• Expertise in executive compensation structures, equity programs, and incentive design
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and data analysis
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Compensation Committee and board-level reporting
• Familiarity with global market practices across multiple regions
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent
