๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of advertiser accounts in Japan, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and data-driven optimization. You'll translate Moloco's AI-powered solutions into measurable business outcomes for clients across mobile apps, gaming, and commerce. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science to unlock performance and scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and SMB accounts.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and multi-stakeholder communications.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and surface actionable optimization recommendations.
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years in account management or growth, ideally in programmatic or ad tech.
- Proven track record managing and growing advertiser accounts.
- Familiarity with big data, MMPs, and the mobile app ecosystem.
- Native/fluent Japanese and business-level English.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of the gaming or commerce verticals.
