You'll lead the EU SDR team at Sanity, shaping outbound pipeline generation for our AI Content Platform. Your impact will drive meaningful conversations with high-intent buyers through signal-driven outbound strategies. This role offers real influence and visibility from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive outbound pipeline generation across target segments
• Build multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social, video)
• Partner with Marketing and Product to operationalize signals
• Design training, playbooks, and KPIs for SDR performance
• Own SDR tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Development at developer-focused SaaS
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in outbound strategy for technical buyers
• Proven track record scaling SDR teams in high-growth environments
