🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and ATS systems
