Description

You will manage technical procurement of mechanical and structural hardware, handle BOM management for owned assemblies, and travel to suppliers to monitor progress and negotiate contracts. This role is critical to building and scaling the supply chain for high-power satellites at a fast-growing space startup.

• Source structural and mechanical hardware on expedited lead times
• Manage Bill of Material (BOM) for owned assemblies
• Travel to suppliers to monitor progress and health
• Negotiate business contracts and price reductions over time
• Ensure strategic reductions in costs
