💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex enterprise deployments of Resilinc's agentic AI platform for global supply chain risk management. You'll turn ambiguous business and data requirements into production-ready solutions that compress time-to-value. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, data engineering, and applied AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex enterprise deployments from ambiguity to production
• Design and build production-quality data ingestion and integration utilities
• Enable agentic AI deployments for disruption intelligence and event-driven workflows
• Create reusable accelerators and feed product insights back to Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, implementation engineering, or similar technical role
• Strong hands-on coding experience especially Python
• Hands-on experience with Databricks including PySpark and Delta tables
• Experience building and managing data pipelines from Snowflake, ERP systems, and APIs

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks
• Background in supply chain, risk management, or complex operational environments
• Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles
