You'll lead the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for ad formats at Discord, making them engaging for users and performant for partners. You'll drive cross-functional execution and experiments to build new ad experiences for a gaming-centric platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for ad formats
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, design
• Communicate roadmaps and decisions across partner teams to executives
• Build roadmap of experiments and growth levers for ad formats

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience shipping software and driving prioritization
• Strong product sense for ad formats and user engagement
• Demonstrated technical proficiency working closely with engineers
• Ability to organize data using SQL for product decisions

• Experience with ad formats and advertising platforms
• Experience with rewarded ads and gaming advertising vertical
• BA/BS in Computer Science or relevant technical experience
