💼 About This Role

You'll oversee MEP systems installation for hyperscale AI data center projects at Crusoe. Your work ensures mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards, directly supporting AI infrastructure expansion. This role offers the chance to lead generational construction projects at the forefront of AI technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors
• Ensure MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and compliant with codes
• Perform inspections on materials and installations to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement execution plans including schedules and logistics
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing/commissioning

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in MEP systems
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and industry codes
• Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera
