💼 About This Role

You'll join Oscar Health's Provider Data Operations team to scale solutions for provider data issues. You'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage cross-functional projects, and develop risk mitigation strategies. This role offers exposure to company-wide strategic initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional provider data projects
• Develop proactive solution plans with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify trends in provider data issues and scale solutions using analytics
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using SQL and Excel
• 2+ years of experience with end to end project management

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
