Description
You'll lead the **activation and lead nurturing** strategy for a **health tech SaaS platform**, owning the full funnel from lead capture to trial conversion. You'll drive **AI automation** and manage a team of lifecycle marketers. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution across email, SMS, push, and in-product channels.
Requirements
- **8+ years** in Lifecycle Marketing within a SaaS or subscription environment.
- Proven experience managing **Lifecycle Marketing Professionals**.
- Expert-level experience with **Iterable** and/or Braze (or equivalent) for orchestration.
- Deep understanding of **trial-to-paid conversion** psychology and behavioral triggers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full activation journey from lead capture to paid conversion.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Lifecycle Marketing Professionals.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Creative, Operations, and Product Marketing teams.
- Design and optimize personalized, event-triggered journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and in-product.
