Description

You'll lead the **activation and lead nurturing** strategy for a **health tech SaaS platform**, owning the full funnel from lead capture to trial conversion. You'll drive **AI automation** and manage a team of lifecycle marketers. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution across email, SMS, push, and in-product channels.

Requirements

  • **8+ years** in Lifecycle Marketing within a SaaS or subscription environment.
  • Proven experience managing **Lifecycle Marketing Professionals**.
  • Expert-level experience with **Iterable** and/or Braze (or equivalent) for orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of **trial-to-paid conversion** psychology and behavioral triggers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full activation journey from lead capture to paid conversion.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Lifecycle Marketing Professionals.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Creative, Operations, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Design and optimize personalized, event-triggered journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and in-product.
