You'll lead Enterprise sales strategy and scale senior sales leaders to drive revenue growth. As part of Postman, the world's leading API platform, you'll align executive vision with frontline execution across large organizations.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Enterprise revenue outcomes and bookings targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Managers, and senior sellers.
  • Define and evolve Enterprise sales strategy and coverage models.
  • Establish operating rigor for forecasting, pipeline, and deal reviews.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of building predictable revenue engines.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise buying motions and long sales cycles.

  • Experience driving consumption-based and commitment-based revenue models.
  • Fluency in modern sales frameworks like MEDDIC or Miller Heiman.
