💼 About This Role

You'll join Thiga's consulting team to drive product strategy and delivery for clients, working at the intersection of business, tech, and design. You'll guide clients in product transformation while applying user-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup. This hybrid role in Paris offers direct impact on client products and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish product strategy and vision for client teams
• Define roadmap and plan releases with user-centric approach
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on user experience
• Analyze product KPIs and derive user impact insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in discovery and delivery
• Experience with corporate accounts and retail/e-commerce/marketplace sectors
• Proficiency in prioritization techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano)
• Ability to communicate and defend ideas with diplomacy

• Experience with generative AI in daily workflow
