💼 About This Role

You'll lead 0→1 product innovation for Trust Wallet's 70M+ users, building user-facing features in the crypto and Web3 space. You'll rapidly prototype and ship full-stack solutions across backend and frontend with minimal direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and validate new product opportunities in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
• Lead 0→1 development of experimental features from ideation to production
• Design and build user-facing features leveraging AI, DeFi, account abstraction
• Architect full-stack solutions across backend and frontend (mobile/web)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack capabilities
• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products from concept to production
• Experience building and integrating APIs, microservices, and data-driven systems
• Hands-on experience in crypto/Web3 including DeFi protocols or wallet infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with account abstraction (ERC-4337 / EIP-7702) or multi-chain architecture
• Experience with AI/ML applications in production (LLM integrations, AI agents)
• Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
