💼 About This Role

You'll represent clients in immigration court and USCIS interviews for a premier law firm with a flexible, appointment-based schedule. You'll manage your own caseload and collaborate with a supportive legal team. This role offers room for growth and the chance to build valuable courtroom experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Appear in immigration courts for hearings and interviews.
• Represent clients in detained or non-detained matters.
• Maintain full control of your schedule and select appearances.
• Prepare case documents and report hearing outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in Texas.
• Experience with immigration court or USCIS interviews.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and travel within metro area.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year of immigration law experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings and USCIS interviews.
